Overview

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or an exchange. We do not accept random product returns unless there is a quality problem that we cannot resolve. If you return products randomly, we will not offer a refund.

To be entitled to a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from return. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Furthermore, we do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete the return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you believe that the product you received is not what you ordered, please provide a picture of the product and the tracking number written/printed on paper. Send it by email to info@riguardo.net within 7 days after delivery of the order.

Order cancellations

If you have informed us of the cancellation of an order, but the product has already been shipped, you will have to send the product back to us at your own expense if you do not want it again. Once it leaves our warehouse, we cannot cancel your order.

Refunds (if approved)

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an e-mail to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missed Refunds

If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again first.

So contact your credit card company, it may take some time before the refund is officially registered.

Then contact your bank. It often takes some processing time before a refund is registered.

Trades

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same article, please email info@riguardo.net and send your article to our address.

Shipping Returns

To return the product, you must send it to our address

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the replaced product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you might consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
